"Therefore Go: Seek Justice" Service of Ordination
On Oct 3, 2020. Rev. Darryl Burton, as Ordinand; kneeled before the Conference Board of Ordained Ministry and ordained by Bishop Saenz as elder. Darryl receive a custom stole crafted by Aldergate UMC (Olathe) as a gift from the Board of Ordained Ministry. This was held at the Great Plains Conference, St. Andrews UMC Omaha, Nebraska.
On Oct 11, 2020. Pastor Adam Hamilton and the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection celebrated Darryl's ordination with #Love thy Neighbor sermon followed by Congregational Care Ministry presenting Darryl with an engraved bible and gifts from ministry partners.
